- Free shipping in Canada on orders over CAD $100. Orders below that ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
- Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days; delivery times vary by province and will be confirmed by email with tracking.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Returns & exchanges
- 30 days to return unworn shoes in their original condition for a refund.
- Wrong size? Exchanges for another size of the same style are free within 30 days, subject to stock.
- To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and we'll send instructions.
